ReplyBloom collects information you provide directly to us during onboarding, including your name, email address, WhatsApp phone number, and Google Business Profile credentials. We also collect usage data such as review activity and response history associated with your account.

We use the information we collect to:

• Monitor your Google Business Profile for new reviews
• Send WhatsApp alerts to your registered phone number
• Generate and post AI-written responses to Google reviews on your behalf
• Communicate with you about your account and our service
• Improve and develop our products and services

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate ReplyBloom (including Google, Twilio, Supabase, Stripe, and Anthropic) under contractual obligations to protect your information. We may disclose information when required by law.

4. Google Data

ReplyBloom accesses your Google Business Profile through Google's OAuth authorization. We store access and refresh tokens solely to monitor reviews and post responses on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or by disconnecting your account in ReplyBloom settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest in our database.
