1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReplyBloom (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyBloom is a review management platform that monitors your Google Business Profile for new reviews, sends alerts via WhatsApp, and helps you post responses using AI-generated text. The Service requires authorization to access your Google Business Profile on your behalf.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring responses posted through the Service comply with Google's review policies
• Providing accurate information during registration

4. Subscription and Billing

ReplyBloom offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan billed monthly at $9/month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to Pro features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, the account reverts to the free tier unless upgraded.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent responses to reviews
• Violate Google's Terms of Service or review policies
• Harass, threaten, or harm reviewers
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. AI-Generated Content

ReplyBloom uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested review responses. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content posted to your Google Business Profile through the Service. ReplyBloom does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated responses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damage to your business reputation or Google ratings.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@replybloom.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
